Training
Once a project is finalized and implemented, Mobile Heartbeat trained Project Managers work with management and front-line staff to integrate the new technology into your clinician’s workflow. A typical Mobile Heartbeat training includes:
- Pre-Implementation: Hand-on education of application functionality and workflow integration
- Implementation: Onsite support to answer user questions and provide advanced education for power users
- Ongoing: As-needed, additional training and support for future releases with enhanced functionality and/or workflow benefits will be provided
Within a few days you’ll see your staff working more quietly and efficiently thanks to their Mobile Heartbeat device, giving them more time to spend with their patients and improve care.
